Delivery And Returns


We deliver to the following countries United Kingdom, All European countries, USA, Canada and Australia and also allow store pickup, We also ensure your deliveries are meet to the highest standard and you receive your items as quickly as possible so we use industry trusted shippers to make this happen and offer our clients different options with whom they feel comfortable with.

Please note: All delivery timescales from the couriers are estimated and have a success rate of 98%, We aim to have all parcels dispatched the same day if ordered before 2PM

Delivery discrepancies: Please notify us with 48 hours of receiving your order if you have any discrepancies of the delivery ie: missing items or damaged boxes. Claims outside of this timescale will not be considered. Your statutory rights will not be affected.

DHL Next Day - Next Working Day Monday To Thursday Orders Placed On Friday Will Be Delivered On Monday

Royal Mail Special Delivery - Next Day Before 1pm

Royal Mail 1st Class - 1 - 3 Day Service

Free Royal Mail Second Class - 3 - 14 Day Service

Store Pickup

Once you have placed your order please allow 1 hour for your order to be processed, Picked and packed and pop to our store for collection, Orders will be held for 1week then a refund will be processed and items placed back in to stock.


Unwanted Products

An unwanted product can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery as long as the item is unopened and sealed in it original packaging. This returns policy is for unopened goods and is in addition to your statutory rights and applies to orders made online.

Please note we unable to return any items that have been opened and any E-Liquids that have had the seal broken or used due to hygiene purposes.

All returns and exchanges can only be processed with proof of purchase via a sales invoice, Email or bank statement. Please provide your order number when returning your product.

Faulty Products

If a fault appears within 90days or you're purchase under your warranty we will accept the goods back and have the rights to inspect the product to verify the fault, If the product is faulty we will offer you a repair, exchange or refund.

We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

Please note: In order to return a product to the manufacturers they require the serial number of the product which is usually found on the packaging so please ensure you keep all the original packaging for the life span of your product.

Refunds will be processed upon inspection of the products within 7days, You are responsible for returning the products back to us with proof of your order and it is advised you use a tracked delivery service as we are not responsible for undelivered packages.
